Returns

Currently, we only ship to a limited amount of countries in Europe.

You will find the specific details at your checkout, depending on the total weight of your order and the destination.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your order.

Items returned must be unused and in perfect condition, preferably with the original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items).

Please add your contact information (name and email address) to your return. If the product has arrived safely, we will make a refund.

Your refund will be credited back to you using the original method of payment.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
